Like it or not, print newspapers have been slowly fading away.

Some people still like holding the paper form of the news, but technology has been changing.

That does not mean that your favorite news source has to go out of business. They just need to change how they get the news to you.

You can find a list of all Wyoming newspapers, online and in print, at this link.

Here is a list of some of the last newspapers in Wyoming that still print the news.

Reading The Past - Chugwater Wyoming Newspaper

These pages of the old Chugwter Wyoming newspaper show us coverage of the region from back in the 1940s.

There was little local news, other than the war.

But what was published at the time was important to the people of the area.

It was, in most case, the only news they had from outside their little ranch or town.

A Little Wyoming School House Preserved In Time

The little hamlet of Slater Wyoming has preserved on of their last two remaining buildings with all the love they feel for it.

There was once a tiny town on this spot.

Most everything is gone except the schoolhouse and the community building.

I stopped by one Saturday morning and the locals were more than happy to let us in to have a look.
