Three more Cheyenne residents on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's 10 Most Wanted list are now behind bars.

According to arrest records, 36-year-old Michael Christopher Gutierrez was taken into custody on Friday, June 16, and 59-year-old Linda Darlene Erwin and 39-year-old Jamar Lee Jackson were taken into custody on Monday, June 19.

Gutierrez was being sought on a Laramie County District Court warrant for failure to appear on original charges of strangulation of a household member and domestic battery, which was signed by Judge Peter Froelicher on Dec. 27, 2022.

Erwin had an active warrant out of Laramie County District Court for probation violation on an original charge of aggravated assault, which was signed by Judge Peter Froelicher on March 10, 2023.

And Jackson turned himself in for an active warrant out of Laramie County Circuit Court signed by Judge Antoinette Williams on May 9, 2023, with one count of taking controlled substances into a penal institution, a felony, and one count of misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine.

Jackson made his initial court appearance Tuesday morning. His bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for next Wednesday, June 28, at 2 p.m.

Erwin's and Gutierrez's next court appearances have yet to be scheduled.
