A couple of notes on Cheyenne Day. Many local businesses are closed or close early to allow their employees to attend Cheyenne Day, That applies to private businesses, but City of Cheyenne are also closed today.

One notable break from tradition this year is the scheduling change for the Air Force Thunderbirds, They traditionally have taken flight on Cheyenne Day, but this year they will perform on Saturday, July 26. That change was announced a few weeks ago.
