A 31-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges after agents reportedly found drugs in his house.

According to a booking sheet, agents executed a search warrant at Martin Anthony Martinez's home on July 5, related to suspicion of distribution of controlled substances, specifically counterfeit OxyContin 30mg tablets.

Agents reportedly discovered a large amount of suspected counterfeit OxyContin 30mg tablets in excess of three grams without packaging.

Agents also reportedly discovered numerous plastic bags containing additional pills.

Martinez was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of felony possession.

He's currently being held in the Laramie County Detention Center on a $10,000 cash bond awaiting a July 14 preliminary hearing.
