Cheyenne National Weather Service Weekend Recreation Forecast
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service has posted a Memorial Day recreational forecast for southeast Wyoming.
The agency posted the following on its website: Those planning on going to your favorite recreation area, we have the three day forecast for some areas across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle. Unsettled weather today into Sunday with good chances for showers and afternoon thunderstorms today into Sunday. Our western mountains could see 6-7 inches of snow above 9500 feet. If travelling to these areas, bring cold weather gear. Strong winds possible Sunday. Really nice day expected on your Memorial Day Monday. Please be safe!
