The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says we can expect a warm, pleasant day today [11-25].

But a cold front will pass through the area on Saturday, with snow accumulations possible early next week.

The agency posted this statement on its website:

Here's a look at the weather for the weekend across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle. We have a cold front moving through the area Saturday that will bring some snow to much of southeast Wyoming during the day. Maybe a mix of rain and snow into the Nebraska Panhandle Saturday afternoon and evening. A big wind event looking likely for Sunday between the departing front and the next upstream front. Very strong winds expected for much of southeast Wyoming Sunday, with widespread wind warnings looking likely. These strong winds could even spread out into parts of the Nebraska Panhandle Sunday afternoon and evening. A stronger front then moves through Sunday night and will bring widespread snow Monday and Monday night. This front likely to bring accumulating snow and travel impacts to many areas through Tuesday.
