Cheyenne Police Nab Man Wanted for Felony Theft, Kidnapping
A 27-year-old man being sought on multiple warrants is now behind bars.
According to a booking sheet, police arrested Peter Paul Juanico San Nicolas Camp II at the Walmart at 2032 Dell Range Blvd. at 10:33 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22.
Police say Camp was uncooperative and cited for interference/obstruction.
5 Warrants
Police say Camp had a misdemeanor warrant out of Cheyenne Municipal Court, a misdemeanor warrant and two felony warrants out of Laramie County Circuit Court, and a felony warrant out of Colorado.
On Monday, Aug. 25, Camp was seen in Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on those three warrants.
One was for failure to appear at a status conference on an original charge of interference with an emergency call, a misdemeanor.
One was for felony theft, alleging that on or about Feb. 17, Camp stole more than $1,000 worth of property from a female, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
And one was for kidnapping, alleging that on or about June 12, Camp removed "K.J." from his home without the consent of his mother, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Forwood appointed Camp a public defender and asked the state for recommendation on bond.
"Mr. Camp does have a history of failure to appear," the state said. "The fugitive out of Colorado note on his NCIC, that further gives the state concern for his ability to comply with court orders and appear when told to by this court."
"Although Mr. Camp does not have an excessive criminal history, the separate felony charges he's being seen on today certainly give the state concern for the safety of the community (and) the victim," the state added. "For those reasons, the state believes that a cash bond is appropriate and would request $3,000 cash on each felony and $1,000 cash on the failure to appear."
Total Bond Set at $7K Cash
Forwood adopted the state's recommendation, meaning Camp will have to post $7,000 cash to get out of jail.
Camp's next court date is a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 1:30 p.m.
Please remember that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
