The burglary is alleged to have occurred on or about Friday, Aug. 1 to Monday, Aug. 3, and the criminal trespass is alleged to have occurred on or about Sunday, Aug. 17.
Initial Court Appearance
On Tuesday, Aug. 19, Colacino was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charges.

He obtained, I believe, two felony theft charges while on bond in that case (and) he's still on probation in that burglary case and the state will be filing a revocation there," the state told the court, requesting a $3,000 cash bond.
