
$10K Bond Set for Cheyenne Man Accused of Stealing Motorcycle
A 55-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after agents reportedly caught him with a stolen motorcycle.
Search Warrant Leads to Stolen Motorcycle
According to a booking sheet, Gregory Clyde Wanberg was arrested at his home in the 1100 block of Windmill Road at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, after agents executed a search warrant.

During the search, police reportedly noticed a custom "chopper" style motorcycle in Wanberg's garage.
The arresting officer says the VIN on the motorcycle returned as a stolen vehicle from Laramie County from October 2024.
The officer says the motorcycle appeared mostly intact, except for a battery and a starter, and police believed it was worth more than $1,000.
Wanberg reportedly told agents that he bought the motorcycle from a friend for $100.
Wanberg Charged With Felony Theft
Wanberg was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with felony theft, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Bond Set at $10K Cash
Wanberg made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Dec. 11, during which his bond was set at $10,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 3 p.m.
