The Laramie County Sheriff's Office on Friday afternoon added three new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list, one of whom has already been captured.

In a Facebook post on Sunday, the agency announced that the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office in Kelso, Washington had captured Jonathan Mills.

Mills, who's from Kelso, was being sought on a warrant for failure to comply.

He and Anna M. Howe, also of Kelso, were arrested on Aug. 4, 2024, after a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper stopped them near mile marker 361 on Business Interstate 80/Lincolnway and felony amounts of suspected methamphetamine and U-47700 (synthetic opioids) were reportedly found in their van.

They may not be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but make no bones about it, police dogs play a vital role in the fight against crime.

In many situations, they're the first ones to put their lives on the line to protect their human partners, proving that not all heroes wear capes, some wear fur coats.
