Laramie County Sheriff’s Office Updates ‘Most Wanted’ List
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office on Monday morning added five new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list, one of whom has already been captured.
"Well, that was fast," the agency in a 12:28 p.m. Facebook post said of Joseph Carrera's arrest. "Posted this morning and CPD just picked him up."
The 53-year-old Cheyenne man was being sought on a warrant for allegedly violating his probation in a child endangerment case involving drugs.
Thirty-six-year-old Abby Delf, 42-year-old Jeston Freeman, 30-year-old Alexander Parish, and 28-year-old Montegua Presbury, all of Cheyenne, were the other four added to the list.
Public Information Officer Brandon Warner says Ross Maez, who'd been on the list since Aug. 7, 2024, Jessey Smith, who'd been on the list since Aug. 29, 2024, and Richard Segura, who'd been on the list since Nov. 19, 2024, were removed from the list to make room for the new additions.
