
Cheyenne Man Arrested for Burglary, Drug Possession
A Cheyenne man is facing felony charges after police reportedly caught him with a stolen trailer hitch and drug paraphernalia.
According to a booking sheet, 37-year-old Aric Michael Gibbons was arrested at the Walmart at 2032 Dell Range Blvd. at 9:56 p.m. on Thursday, June 19.

Police say Gibbons was contacted leaving the store with a stolen trailer hitch in his backpack.
Trespassed From Walmart
"Gibbons has previously been trespassed from Walmart and it is still active," the booking sheet reads.
Police say Gibbons also had drug paraphernalia in his backpack.
Gibbons was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center without incident, where he was booked for burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both, and possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, up to a $5,000 fine, or both.
Gibbons is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on Monday, June 23, at 10:15 a.m.
