Accused Cheyenne Drug Dealer Out on Bond After Posting $10K
A 64-year-old Cheyenne man accused of dealing drugs is out of jail after posting bail.
According to a booking sheet, police arrested Benjamin Paul Cisneros at his home in the 500 block of Desmet Drive at 1:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
Cisneros Charged With 5 Felonies
Cisneros was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with five felonies, including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacture or delivery, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Cisneros made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Bond Set at $10K Cash
Judge Thomas Lee set his bond at $10,000 cash and Cisneros posted it the following day.
Cisneros is scheduled to be back in Circuit Court for his preliminary hearing on Friday, Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m.
