
Cheyenne Pair Charged After Non-Fatal Overdose Incident
A Cheyenne pair is facing drug possession charges following a non-fatal overdose incident.
According to booking sheets, police were called to 29-year-old Michael Andrew Lepley's residence in the 1200 block of Crook Avenue around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 for a reported suicide attempt by overdose.

Non-Fatal Overdose Leads to Arrests
Police say Lepley told them that when he got home from work, 22-year-old Marissa Mai Hunt was stiff and unresponsive in his bed.
Lepley reportedly administered NARCAN, and Hunt became responsive.
Platte County Warrant
Police say when they ran Hunt's name, they discovered she had a misdemeanor warrant out of Platte County for failure to pay $1,510 on original charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and interference with a peace officer.
Police say Hunt also admitted to using fentanyl, which caused her overdose.
Meth in Plain View
After securing the scene, police say they located what appeared to be felony amounts of suspected methamphetamine sitting out in plain view in Lepley's bedroom.
Hunt and Lepley were arrested and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center for booking.
Hunt + Lepley Charged With Drug Possession
Hunt was subsequently charged with two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and Lepley with two felonies, including possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense.
Hunt made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, Jan. 27, during which her bond was set at $3,000 cash and her arraignment was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 9:30 a.m.
Lepley made his initial appearance in Circuit Court on Tuesday, Jan. 28, during which his bond was set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 surety and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 2 p.m.
