A Cheyenne teen is facing a felony charge in connection with an alleged conspiracy to commit burglary.

Cheyenne Teen Arrested on Warrant

According to a booking sheet, 18-year-old Bradley John Polk was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6 after police, knowing Polk had a warrant, spotted him walking in the area of East 11th Street and Crook Avenue.

Police say the warrant was for conspiracy to commit burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.

Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Sean C. Chambers signed the warrant on Oct. 23, 2024.

Police say Polk was also served with a summons out of Municipal Court for failure to appear.

Polk was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant without incident.

Bond Set at $3K Cash

Polk made his initial appearance in Circuit Court on Thursday, Nov. 7, during which his bond was set at $3,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.
