According to a booking sheet, Bryant Ross Montoya was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, after police, knowing him to be the owner of ARC Welding and Fabrication and to have an active warrant for his arrest, spotted him driving a pickup with ARC Welding and Fabrication on the side and pulled him over at Carey Avenue and West 9th Street.
Police say Montoya had a misdemeanor warrant out of Laramie County District Court for not paying child support.

Montoya was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
