Cheyenne Teen on ‘Most Wanted’ List Caught Speeding
Another fugitive on the Laramie County Sheriff's Office's "Most Wanted" list has been captured, the second this week.

According to a booking sheet, 18-year-old Cheyenne resident Leviathan James-Scott Stillwell was taken into custody at 9 p.m. Wednesday after police stopped him in the 1000 block of East Pershing Boulevard for driving 55 mph in a 35-mph zone.
Police say Stillwell had a Laramie County warrant for failure to comply with an original charge of burglary.
District Court Judge Peter H. Froelicher signed the warrant on July 22, 2024.
Stillwell was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center, where he was booked on his warrant.
Laramie County Deputies Are Still Looking for These Most Wanted Fugitives
Deputies are still looking for these eight fugitives:
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.
Britney Breazeale, who was added to the list on April 18, 2024.
Julian Solis, who was added to the list on June 13, 2024.
Ryan Bixler, Matthew Campos, Justina Lopez, and Ross Maez, who were added to the list on Aug. 7, 2024, a day after appearing on the Sheriff's Office's "Clink-O" game.
And Carlos Garcia, who was added to the list on Aug. 19, 2024.
