Criminal Trespass Call Leads to Fentanyl

The two were taken to the Asset Protection office and identified as 51-year-old Leonard Raymond Riffel and 44-year-old Michelle Marie Quiles, both of Cheyenne.

Caught on Camera

While dealing with the two, police say they spotted four unbagged items in their shopping cart, and after reviewing camera footage, found the items, which totaled $15, hadn't been paid for and weren't on their receipt.

Police say Riffel also had two suspected fentanyl pills in his front pants pocket.

The two were arrested and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center for misdemeanor theft.
