A 48-year-old Cheyenne man is facing multiple charges after reportedly fleeing from authorities in Colorado before being caught in Wyoming.

According to a booking sheet, it all started when Larimer County Sheriff's deputies in Colorado attempted to stop a motorcycle headed north on Interstate 25, and the rider fled.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol was called to help and, at about 12:02 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, a sergeant responded to the Wyoming-Colorado state line on I-25 and staged in case the rider continued traveling northbound.

The sergeant says the description that was given was a male on a sports bike wearing a gray shirt and a blue helmet. He says the motorcycle didn't have any visible registration.

At about 12:47 a.m., the sergeant spotted a motorcycle traveling northbound on I-25 Service Road, started to travel parallel with it on I-25, and noticed the rider was wearing a gray shirt and blue helmet.

The rider then reportedly pulled into the Terry Bison Ranch Resort parking lot and when the sergeant rolled up, he noticed the motorcycle didn't have any registration mounted on it and activated his emergency lights

The sergeant says the rider, later identified as Timothy Wayne McDonald, showed him his empty hands and approached him, and when he asked McDonald if he had run from police in Colorado, he admitted to doing so.

Meth, Marijuana, and a Stolen Motorcycle

The sergeant says McDonald had approximately 19 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 68 grams of marijuana, and approximately eight grams of THC gummies in his front right pocket.

A check of McDonald's license revealed that it was suspended, and an NCIC check of the motorcycle revealed it had been stolen and was worth somewhere between $3,000 and $6,000.

McDonald reportedly admitted that the drugs were his, and said that the motorcycle was purchased from a girl named Alicia, but couldn't provide any documentation.

McDonald was arrested and subsequently charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, felony theft, and driving while suspended.

Bond Set at $10K Cash

McDonald made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Tuesday, Sept. 10, during which his bond was set at $10,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 3 p.m.

25 Songs That Were Banned From the Radio After 9/11

As we remember the attacks that occurred on 9/11, we remember the way radio was there for listeners all across the country. We lived minute by minute not knowing what was going to happen next. We came together as a nation, and we mourned together. One of the ways radio responded was to be extra-sensitive to our listeners, being careful not to play songs with titles or lyrics that might stir up the raw emotions with which we were all dealing. These are just 25 of those songs.
