  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 AM MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Blowing snow could
  significantly reduce visibility. Snow mobilers and hikers may
  become disoriented due to low visibility and blowing snow.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is the first wave of a two part
