What Forms Of ID Are Accepted?

Toe meet the requirements to vote, a Wyoming Driver's License or Wyoming ID are considered the "gold standard" or preferred documents for establishing proof of citizenship and residency.

According to the release "If a person does not have a valid Wyoming license or ID, other government-issued identification, such as a driver’s license from another state, U.S. passport, or military ID are accepted.  However, Lee noted that if the document does not list a Wyoming address or does not meet the proof of citizenship requirement, other documents may be required.  Wyoming law also requires persons who do not have a Wyoming driver’s license to provide the last four digits of their social security number at the time of registration.  Those without a Wyoming license or ID can register by producing documents from among the list of provided on the Secretary of State’s website at https://sos.wyo.gov/Elections/State/RegisteringToVote.aspx ."
