A wanted Cheyenne man is behind bars after he was spotted gambling in north central Cheyenne.

According to a booking sheet, Cheyenne Police Officer Peden was called to the Derby Club Gaming Parlor located at 1510 E. Pershing Blvd. shortly before 8 o'clock last Thursday night, Nov. 9, after 46-year-old James Roy Little was spotted at the location.

Peden says Little, who was being sought on a felony warrant for allegedly violating the terms of his bond in a burglary case, was sitting at a gambling machine and started to walk away when he saw him, but Peden called Little by name and Little was subsequently handcuffed and escorted out.

Peden says when he searched Little, he found a glass pipe and a wooden box containing suspected marijuana residue in his pocket.

Little was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on the warrant and also served with a prior city summons for petitioning on a roadway.

As of 4:15 p.m. Monday, his bond revocation hearing had yet to be scheduled.

Little was one of 11 people on Laramie County's "Most Wanted" list.

Deputies are still searching for Gilbert Martinez, Alicia Morris, and Gina Scott, who were part of the new list released on Sept. 29; Stephanie Jackson, Angel King, and Paul Lamphier who were added to the list on Nov. 3; and Akmir Brown, Corey Brown, Jennifer Davidson, and Andre Pendleton, who were added to the list on Nov. 9.
