With a phenomenal blend of iconic country music stars and rising talent, this year’s Frontier Nights lineup promises an electrifying celebration of music, rodeo, and Western heritage,” Mike Wilkinson, Contract Acts Chairman said. “We can’t wait to share these unforgettable moments with everyone this July."
Of course, it's hard to keep everyone happy and there were negative as well as positive comments on social media. One thing missing from this year's lineup so far is a traditional rock act, like Kiss or Styx. Also absent so far is a hip-hop act designed to appeal to a younger democgraphic, which has been a trend in recent years for the CFD night shows.
It is worth noting, however, that there are a couple of slots to be announced yet, so we could see an act from one of those genres added.
But based on what we know so far, how would you rate this year's night show lineup? Take our poll and give us your opinion!
