Hail, Isolated Tornadoes, Flash Flooding Possible In SE Wyoming Saturday
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says severe storms are expected in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle on Saturday, June 20.

The agency posted the following on its website:
"We are anticipating severe weather on Saturday, June 20th. The environment appears favorable east and along the I-25 corridor for large to significant hail with initial storms that grow upscale towards the evening, increasing the wind threat. A conditional tornado potential may materialize with sustained discrete cells. In addition, high moisture may introduce some flash flooding risk. The SPC current Day 3 outlook has a marginal to slight risk contour outlined for this area. As the event nears we will have greater confidence in intensity and timing."

This weekend is shaping up to be on the stormy side with a cooling trend. Widespread thunderstorms in the PM could bring heavy rains and severe weather potential. Overnight activity moves east with some lingering showers/storms. Storms develop again in the afternoon Sunday. Cloudy conditions prevail overnight as storms subside.
