The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding two horses who went missing from the Albin area.

Sheriff's spokesman Brandon Warner says the sorrel mares (pictured above) were last seen on the evening of July 8.

"One is 10 and the other is 12 years old," said Warner.  "One has a white stripe down its face and currently has a neck wound. The other has a star on its forehead and a scar on the right hind leg."

Anyone who sees the horses or knows anything about their disappearance is asked to call Brent Sorensen at (307) 630-6369.

"Hopefully they turn up," said Warner.  "It would be a bad loss for the family they belong to."
