The Laramie Police Department reports that a 33 year-old Laramie Man has been charged with strangulation of a household member and several misdemeanor crimes

On the evening of November, 10 officers responded to the 900 block of North 15th Street for the report of a fight in progress.

As a result of the investigation, Terrence J. Gadlin was arrested and charged with strangulation of a household member.

Gadlin was also charged with criminal entry, property destruction/Vandalism, eluding, driving while under the Influence, Interference and two traffic offenses. Bond has not yet been set on the felony charge. Gadlin remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

Strangulation of a household member is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
