"Going surfing" in Wyoming sounds like a joke because, well, there's not exactly an ocean close by. But, it's a reality for some thrill seekers.

River surfing is becoming more trendy, and apparently the Snake River is a hot spot for this activity. In particular, a spot called Lunch Counter, which is near Jackson has the perfect spot for river surfers.
