The City of Laramie announced that 9th Street between Harney Street and Shield Street will be closed starting on Monday, June 6. The street is closed for a reconstruction project.

This fall has very much been construction season in Cheyenne. There's a ton of road construction happening in downtown Cheyenne, on almost every road you turn it seems. Today (November 18th), the construction in front of The Lincoln Theatre downtown was being worked.

There is construction happening all over Cheyenne! As it seems that fall is construction season this year, there are closed lanes and streets all over downtown Cheyenne and the rest of the city. However, one of the big ones in south Cheyenne just opened up. Could we be finally seeing the end of construction season?

You've probably noticed there is lots of construction around Cheyenne as of late. If you're frequently downtown, you can't wait until every single lane open on each street once again, especially for those roads minimized to just one lane. However, another spot at a busy intersection has one street closed off at I-180 and 5th in south Cheyenne.

Those who will be travelling on I-80 should expect delays on Tuesday, September 28, weather permitting. I-80 will be closed in both directions at about mile marker 313 (Third Street Exit) from about 6:30-7 am on Tuesday to facilitate the repair of a damaged overhead power line in the area...
