Nicole Phipps and Denny Shrove were arrested after a Laramie Police officer searched Phipp's car and found methamphetamine in two different forms, court documents state.
The officer obtained a search warrant for Wood’s residence and upon executing the warrant, officers located many of the items the victim had reported stolen, according to the affidavit.
