A man accused of possession of liquid THC and raw marijuana pleaded guilty in Albany County District Court in Albany County District Court.

Buszkiewic faces up to 10 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. He will be sentenced pending a pre-sentence investigation.

Nicole Phipps and Denny Shrove were arrested after a Laramie Police officer searched Phipp's car and found methamphetamine in two different forms, court documents state.

A sentencing date will be set later. Doyle Gabbert, whose bond was set at $1 million, is now being held without bond.

The officer obtained a search warrant for Wood’s residence and upon executing the warrant, officers located many of the items the victim had reported stolen, according to the affidavit.

Jason Alexander Koste, 42, was sentenced to one year in the Albany County Detention center with credit for time served, after which he will serve out a five-year supervised probation term.

Court documents say Curley and two juveniles from June 14-16 allegedly spray-painted the vehicles with either pink or black paint, smashed side mirrors or slashed tires.

"It's a shame, Mr. Harper, that somebody had to die to get you to go to Tylenol," Donnell replied.

The deputy searched the car and also found two glass pipes and a sealed bag of marijuana, according to the affidavit.

Court documents say Cornejo worked as assistant manager Mister Money pawn shop in Laramie when he made fraudulent transactions -- essentially having the store purchase items that never existed -- and took a total of $1,450 for himself.

The affidavit says Koste, during a police interview, admitted that he drove from Denver, Colo. to Lander in order to sell the hash oil.

The victim showed the officer cell phone video from April 9, according to the affidavit, which showed Borzea with his arm around the victim's neck, carrying her through their apartment.
