Southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle could be in for another round of snow and strong winds come Wednesday.

Thanks to high winds, this was a perilous day on Wyoming highways. A driver shared video of a semi that was blown over on Wyoming highway 85. If you watch closely, this was a very close call for more than one reason.

Portions of southeast Wyoming could see hurricane-force wind gusts Wednesday, as high winds are expected to take over the state.

The high winds could pose problems for travelers in some areas.

Winds are once again expected to reach 70 mph in many areas.
