Jimmie Ray Files

After the high-speed chase and a bullet-riddled pickup, Natrona County Sheriff’s deputies captured Files near Blackmore and Lathrop roads east of Casper.

Troopers fired five shots, hitting Files and the pickup. Jimmie Ray Files continued accelerating, crashed into a patrol vehicle and broke its rear axle.
