The parade is always one of the biggest events of Laramie Jubilee Days. The parade kicked off around 10 a.m. this morning to crowds of excited spectators, despite the overcast skies.
Despite overcast skies, the 2014 Laramie Jubilee Days Parade kicked off from the corner of Canby and 3rd Streets to cheers and whistlers from on-lookers. Cloud coverage increased throughout the parade, and at the tail end, rain poured on the crowds. Regardless of the weather, everyone appeared to have a great time.
Being the third to last bull rider paid off for Montana cowboy Parker Breding. He won the Mr. T Xtreme Bull Riding with an 87 Thursday night at the Albany County Fairgrounds.
