It's the first ever.  The Blake Shelton and Friends Cruise aboard the Norwegion Jewel is still quite a ways away, but the buzz is already starting to pick up.  And with good reason.  Blake is inviting all his friends and fans to join him and other country artists in October of 2012 on a sail around the islands of the South Atlantic...

In their latest video message to fans, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert dropped a bombshell: They’ve decided to collaborate on a full-length album. But don’t go getting excited for a record of his ‘n’ her duets — as it turns out, it won’t be their album. Instead, they’re working together to produce the next studio set from their friend, Neal McCoy.

Now, that is exciting news.  The trouble is (if there is any trouble), it's NOT an album featuring the singing talents of Mr. and Mrs. Shelton.  Nope.  It's a collaboration with one of the couple's best friends.
