The jury found Travis Bogard, 25, guilty of one count of first degree sexual assault. The jury ruled he was not guilty of the kidnapping and confinement charge.
According to the affidavit, officers were dispatched to Ivinson Memorial Hospital for a report of a woman who had arrived at the emergency room and told staff she had smoked meth in front of her three children at her home.
Addison is charged with one count of sexual assault in the first degree, one count of blackmail, two counts of attempted blackmail, one count of felonious restraint and 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

The deputy allegedly found two large rocks and white powder in plastic baggies inside of a fast-food cup, along with a folding mirror with white powder residue on it.
The affidavit says Xayvong told the deputy she and Grant left Ogden Aug. 5 and drove through the night to Aurora, Colo., where the pair bought marijuana from different dispensaries with the intention of taking it back to Utah.
