It's probably easier to list the highways in Wyoming that are open than it is the ones that are closed following a record-setting winter storm over the weekend.
In a sign that the Cowboy State is in the middle of winter, the Wyoming Department of Transportation has ordered the closure of some highways while issuing advisories for others.
While it's not uncommon for those traveling in Wyoming to see wind-related closures and advisories, the highway patrol says drivers shouldn't blow them off.
Health officials or suppliers needing assistance transporting COVID-19 related materials or supplies on a closed road are asked to contact Wyoming Highway Patrol Dispatch at 307-777-4321.
