On Saturday, May 8, Rocky Mountian Power has scheduled a day-long power outage that will affect several areas in the City of Laramie.

This event will take place at the Ice & Events Center on October 13

The company, a division of PacifiCorp, has received more than 300 fraudulent calls in one day.

Rocky Mountain Power reports, as of 7:22 AM that they have crews in the field and are making repairs.

A power outage in West Laramie has been reported at 4 p.m. in the area of West Madison, North Pierce, and Van Buren Streets.

Both the new wind farms and the existing developments set to be improved are expected to provide energy for 30 years, Erickson said.

LARAMIE -- Rocky Mountain Power reported an isolated power outage due to an accident at around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Any intersection where the traffic lights are out should be treated as a four-way stop.

Another round of power outages is leaving Laramie residents without electricity this morning.

Rocky Mountain Power has restored power to one of two outages affecting more than 5,000 Laramie residents.

Rocky Mountain Power has scheduled an emergency power interruption for Laramie to take place from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. today in order to make repairs caused by a pole fire.
