Kaylean Bunn was sentenced to three years of supervised probation with an underlying sentence of five to seven years in prison which was suspended at sentencing. If Bunn violates the terms of her probation, her probation will be revoked and she will serve the time in prison.

Beck was previously convicted of a felony and domestic battery, both of which disqualified him from owning or possessing any firearm for the rest of his life.
