Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon has convened an emergency response team to remove products that carry zebra mussels, contain them and educate the public.

Wyoming will remove its statewide mask requirement and allow bars, restaurants, theaters and gyms to resume normal operations on March 16.

However, health officials announced a change that will permit close-contact sports in indoor settings.

Despite increased testing, the percentage of positive tests has remained steady at 2.9%.
