Historically, the weather has been seasonably mild on Thanksgiving. Since 1893, the average Turkey Day high temperature in Cheyenne has been 42, with a low of 20.
On November 26, 2017, Cheyenne tied the record for its warmest Thanksgiving with a high of 71. The mark was originally set on November 25, 1990.
Laramie's warmest Thanksgiving was November 27, 1950, when the temperature peaked at 66.
