UW Libraries is hosting New York Times Bestselling author Kathy Reichs for their annual Author Event on April 10, 2018.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Reichs is best known for her Temperence Brennan series, which became the basis for the Fox TV series "Bones." The books are inspired by Reichs' career as an anthropologist.

In addition to writing, Reichs currently serves on the Canadian Nation Police Services Advisory Council and is a professor in the University of North Carolina--Charlotte's Department of Anthropology.

Reichs will be giving a free public talk in the College of Education Auditorium at 1:30 p.m.

As part of the Author Event, the University of Wyoming Libraries will host "An Evening with Kathy Reichs" at the UW Conference Center. Tickets for the event are $90. At the event, there will be a cash bar, dinner, and an author talk. The event will be followed by a book signing at the University Store. Proceeds from the book signing will go towards the University of Wyoming Libraries.
