Albany County Public Health will be holding their annual fall flu clinic on Tuesday, October 2nd and Wednesday, October 3rd at the Lincoln Community Center.
IMH Breaks Ground on $36.5 Million Expansion [PHOTOS]

Ivinson Memorial Hospital has broken ground on a $36.5 million construction project. The two-year expansion will upgrade patient rooms, renovate operating rooms, build a new dialysis center and add a 30-room patient tower to the Laramie hospital.
Does Wyoming Deserve More AML Funding? – Survey of the Day

The amount of Abandoned Mine Land (AML) payments Wyoming receives will be capped at $15 million under a resolution that was approved by the U.S. Senate on Saturday. Wyoming has been receiving roughly $150 million annually, meaning the state would lose about $700 million in AML funding over the next ten years if President Obama signs the bill.

Vehicle Fire Closes I-80 Near Summit
A vehicle fire on the Laramie Range summit between Laramie and Cheyenne closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 for about an hour on Friday afternoon. A pickup truck with a long camper trailer was lost in the fire according to Wyoming Department of Transportation spokesperson Ross Doman.
