2020 Campaign for the United Way of Albany County

The United Way of Albany County will be kicking off its annual campaign this year with a virtual Cocktails at Home event over zoom at 7 pm on September 11.

The event is sponsored by Premier Bone & Joint and Trihydro.

Bartenders from Front Street Tavern will provide instructions on how to create some of the tavern’s most famous concoctions while participants follow along with their pre-ordered cocktail kits. Sweet Melissa’s is offering food specials for take-out participants to enjoy during the event. T

Cocktail kits must be preordered by Sept 4th by calling United Way at 745-8643 or online by following the link here. Each kit contains everything needed for one person to create and enjoy 2-3 cocktails.

The 2020 Campaign goal is $530,000, $10,000 more than the 2019 campaign. Donations to the United Way are dispersed among seventeen local nonprofits that provide services in healthcare, food, clothing, and more.
