
Cheyenne Woman Accused of Taking, Snorting Dad’s Medication
A Cheyenne woman is facing up to ten years in prison after allegedly taking and consuming her dad's prescription medication.
Forty-seven-year-old Dianna Estes was charged with intentional neglect of a vulnerable adult and possession of a controlled substance during her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court Thursday afternoon.
According to court documents, Estes was hospitalized on October 15 after admitting to snorting her dad's Buspirone, a drug used to treat anxiety.
Estes is being held in the Laramie County Detention Center on a $3,000 cash/surety bond. Her preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 10 at 11 a.m.
