Strong winds will spread across southeast Wyoming Friday and into Saturday prompting the National Weather Service to issue a High Wind Warning. Winds out of the west at 40 to 50 miles per hour can be expected, with gusts near 70 MPH possible.

Driving, especially in the open and on the interstates will be dangerous today and tomorrow for high profile vehicles. There is a high blow-over risk.

The winds are a prelude to expected winter weather that is forecast for parts of Wyoming this weekend.
