
Interstate 80 Restrictions In Effect West of Laramie
As of 5 a.m. on Thursday (Feb. 8), WYDOT had closed Interstate 80 in Wyoming from Laramie to Walcott Junction to light, high profile vehicles.
The agency had also posted an ''extreme blow over risk" warning for that stretch of I-80. The National Weather Service office in Cheyenne is warning of wind gusts of over 60 mph for southeast Wyoming through the day on Thursday.
Snow and much colder weather are in the forecast for the weekend.
