65 MPH Gusts Wreaking Havoc on I-80 Between Laramie and Rawlins
Wind gusts of up to 65 mph combined with the snow on the ground from this week's storm are making for hazardous conditions on Interstate 80 between Laramie and Rawlins.
A High Wind Warning remains in effect for the area until 6 p.m. Thursday.

As of the last report, I-80 between Walcott Junction and Laramie was closed to light and high-profile vehicles due to gusting winds causing extreme blow over risk.
Black ice advisories were also in effect between Wagonhound Road and Cooper Cove Road.

A High Wind Warning has been issued for the Arlington/Elk Mountain area until 6PM today. Wind gusts of up to 65 MPH are likely. Patchy blowing snow could lead to slick conditions and reduced visibility at times.
