Wind gusts of up to 65 mph are expected to blast parts of southeast Wyoming early Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne says.

A High Wind Watch is in effect from late tonight through Wednesday evening for the north Snowy Range foothills including Interstate 80 near Arlington and Elk Mountain.
