"All of that gives the state very serious concerns for the safety of the community as well as Mr. Resler's ability to comply with court orders and any conditions that this court might set while on bond," the state added. "For those reasons the state believes that a cash bond is appropriate and would request $5,000 cash."
Bond Set at $5K Cash
Forwood adopted the state's recommendation and set bond conditions, ordering weekly drug testing through the Drug Testing Center of Cheyenne, and Resler's preliminary hearing was set for Friday, Sept. 5, at 9 a.m.

Felony Warrant
On Tuesday, Sept. 2, inmate Resler was served with a felony warrant out of Laramie County District Court for failure to comply with original charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense.
