Laramie Man Arrested on Strangulation Charges
Laramie police officers arrested and charged a man with strangulation of a household member.
Jonathan Orellana, 42, was arrested after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on McCue St in Laramie on Saturday, Jan. 7 at 3:21 a.m.
LPD Lieutenant Gwen Smith said that Orellana is being held in the Albany County Detention Center awaiting arraignment.
