See Casper’s Sky Adorned with Colorful Hot Air Balloons [VIDEO]

This past weekend the Casper sky was full of color. It was the Casper Balloon Roundup 2016. This video from Civilian Satellite captured the essence of the event. The wind shut down some of the celebration on Friday because it was unsafe to launch, but that didn't stop the festivities the rest of the weekend. In this video, you can see the balloons being set up and then launch into the sky.
